isIsomorphicForm(...,linearTolerance=>...) -- see isIsomorphicForm -- determines whether two (unstable) Grothendieck-Witt classes over $\mathbb{C},\mathbb{R},\mathbb{Q}$ or a finite field of characteristic not 2 are isomorphic.
