ANCHOR -- hypertext anchor

• Usage:

  ANCHOR{"id"=>u,p}

• Inputs:
  • u, the name of the anchor
  • p, some hypertext
• Consequences:

  • When converted to html, the phrase p will be enclosed in a hypertext anchor named u.
