kVariableName -- optional input to choose the variable names for concentration matrix in gaussianRing

The option kVariableName => Symbol changes the symbol used for intedeterminates in a polynomial ring created with gaussianRing. These indeterminates, k's by default, are entries in the concentration matrix.
