Dtrace -- set or get the depth of comments made by D-module routines

Usage:

Dtrace n

Dtrace()
Inputs:
- n, an integer, new level
Outputs:
- an integer, old level

Ways to use Dtrace:

Dtrace(Sequence)
Dtrace(ZZ)
