gfanTropicalEvaluation -- evaluates a tropical polynomial function

• Usage:

  Y = gfanTropical(f, L)

• Inputs:
  • f, a ring element, a polynomial
  • L, a list, of points
• Outputs:
  • Y, a list, the values of the tropicalization of f evaluated at each of the points in L
