neuralIdeal -- computes the neural ideal of a neural code.

Usage:

neuralIdeal(C)
Inputs:
- C, a NeuralCode
Outputs:
- an ideal, the neural ideal of C in ring C

Description

This method computes the neural ideal using the method of Curto, Itskov, et al. The returned ideal is not in general in canonical form.
