toDoList -- Make a list of semigroups not previously known to be Weierstrass

Usage:

LL=toDoList g

LL=toDoList(m,g)
Inputs:
- g, an integer, the desired genus
- m, an integer, the multiplicity
Outputs:
- LL, a list, of semigropus
