Synopsis

Usage:

n~
Inputs:
- n, an integer,
Outputs:
- an integer, the bitwise complement of n;

Description

i1 : 7~

o1 = -8

Note that ~ has higher precedence than -, so enclose negative integers in parentheses.

i2 : (-12)~

o2 = 11
