stellarSubdivision -- computes the stellar subdivision of the fan by a ray

Synopsis

Usage:

F1 = stellarSubdivision(F,r)
Inputs:
- F, an instance of the type Fan
- r, a matrix, with one column in the ambient space of the fan
Outputs:
- F1, an instance of the type Fan

This function computes the stellar subdivision of F by inserting the ray given by r.

i1 : F = normalFan hypercube 2

o1 = F

o1 : Fan

i2 : r = matrix {{1},{1}}

o2 = | 1 |
     | 1 |
