idealFromCharacter -- Generate a lattice ideal from a character.

Usage:

idealFromCharacter (R, rho)
Inputs:
- R, a ring to contain the output ideal
- rho, a partialCharacter
Outputs:
- the lattice ideal corresponding to rho

i2 : I = ideal(x^3-1,y-x)

o2 = ideal (x  - 1, - x + y)

o2 : Ideal of R

i3 : cv = isCellular (I,ReturnCellVars=>true)

Caveat

The variables occurring in rho#"J" must be variables of R.
