Generic -- an optional argument

Description

A symbol used as the name of an optional argument.

Functions with optional argument named Generic:

codim(Ideal,Generic=>...)
codim(Module,Generic=>...) -- see codim(Ideal,Generic=>...)
codim(MonomialIdeal,Generic=>...) -- see codim(Ideal,Generic=>...)
codim(PolynomialRing,Generic=>...) -- see codim(Ideal,Generic=>...)
codim(QuotientRing,Generic=>...) -- see codim(Ideal,Generic=>...)
