setIOExclusive -- exclusive I/O for the current thread

  setIOExclusive()

  setIOExclusive f

• Inputs:
  • f, a file,
• Consequences:

  • the current thread becomes the only one permitted to use the file f, or if no file is given, the files stdio and stderr.
