Decomposition -- Optional argument of regularityMA to specify the decomposition.

Description

Using this argument the decomposition computed by decomposeMonomialAlgebra can be specified if known a priori.

Functions with optional argument named Decomposition:

regularityMA(...,Decomposition=>...)
