polyhedron -- Turn a cone into a polyhedron

Usage:

P = polyhedron C
Inputs:
- C, a convex rational cone,
Outputs:
- P, a convex polyhedron,

Description

Every cone is naturally a polyhedron with a single vertex, the origin, and the rays originating from the origin. This method converts a cone into a polyhedron.
