Function: sortColumnsTableau
Usage:

sortColumnsTableau(y)
Inputs:
- y, an instance of the type YoungTableau,
Outputs:
- an integer, the sign of the permutation that sorts the columns of the tableau

This method sorts the columns of the tableau and retrieves the sign of the associated permutation
