filteredComplex -- make a filtered complex

Usage:

K = filteredComplex L
Inputs:
- L, a list, or
- L, a chain complex, or
- L, a spectral sequence,
Optional inputs:
- ReducedHomology => a Boolean value, default value true,
- Shift => an integer, default value 0,
Outputs:
- K, a filtered chain complex,

Description

This is the primitive filtered complex constructor.

filteredComplex(ChainComplex) -- obtain a filtered complex from a chain complex

filteredComplex(List) -- obtain a filtered complex from a list of chain complex maps or a nested list of simplicial complexes
filteredComplex(SpectralSequence) -- obtain the filtered complex associated to the spectral sequence
