ConnectedToRegular -- an optional argument used in some functions in the Topcom interface package

Functions with optional argument named ConnectedToRegular:

• topcomAllTriangulations(...,ConnectedToRegular=>...) -- see topcomAllTriangulations(Matrix) -- generate all triangulations of a point or vector configuration
• topcomNumTriangulations(...,ConnectedToRegular=>...) -- see topcomNumTriangulations(Matrix) -- the number of triangulations of a point or vector configuration
