AllStandard -- boolean option for determining the use of all standard or smaller standard monomials

Description

This is an optional input for the groebnerStratum and groebnerFamily functions. It takes values $true$ and $false$. When assigned the value $true$, the functions are computed with respect to all standard monomials for the specified generators. When assigned the value $false$, the functions are computed with respect to smaller monomials of the same degree as the specified generators but which do not lie in the ideal.

Functions with optional argument named AllStandard:

groebnerFamily(...,AllStandard=>...) -- see groebnerFamily -- computes families of ideals with a specified initial ideal
tailMonomials(...,AllStandard=>...) -- see tailMonomials -- find tail monomials
