profondeur -- computes the profondeur with respect to an ideal

Description

When the ideal I is not specified, the maximal ideal is used, and the computation is done using the Auslander-Buchsbaum formula.

Ways to use profondeur:

  • profondeur(Ideal,Module)
  • profondeur(Module)
  • profondeur(Ring)

The object profondeur is a method function.
