subwordComplex -- to find the subword complex associated to w

Synopsis

Description

Given a permutation in 1-line notation, compute the subword complex associated to w (that is, the Stanley-Reisner complex of antiDiagInit).

i1 : subwordComplex({2,5,4,1,3})

o1 = simplicialComplex | z_(1,2)z_(1,5)z_(2,2)z_(2,4)z_(2,5)z_(3,2)z_(3,3)z_(3,4)z_(3,5)z_(4,1)z_(4,2)z_(4,3)z_(4,4)z_(4,5)z_(5,1)z_(5,2)z_(5,3)z_(5,4)z_(5,5) z_(1,2)z_(1,4)z_(1,5)z_(2,4)z_(2,5)z_(3,2)z_(3,3)z_(3,4)z_(3,5)z_(4,1)z_(4,2)z_(4,3)z_(4,4)z_(4,5)z_(5,1)z_(5,2)z_(5,3)z_(5,4)z_(5,5) z_(1,2)z_(1,5)z_(2,2)z_(2,3)z_(2,4)z_(2,5)z_(3,3)z_(3,4)z_(3,5)z_(4,1)z_(4,2)z_(4,3)z_(4,4)z_(4,5)z_(5,1)z_(5,2)z_(5,3)z_(5,4)z_(5,5) z_(1,2)z_(1,3)z_(1,5)z_(2,3)z_(2,4)z_(2,5)z_(3,3)z_(3,4)z_(3,5)z_(4,1)z_(4,2)z_(4,3)z_(4,4)z_(4,5)z_(5,1)z_(5,2)z_(5,3)z_(5,4)z_(5,5) z_(1,2)z_(1,3)z_(1,4)z_(1,5)z_(2,4)z_(2,5)z_(3,3)z_(3,4)z_(3,5)z_(4,1)z_(4,2)z_(4,3)z_(4,4)z_(4,5)z_(5,1)z_(5,2)z_(5,3)z_(5,4)z_(5,5) |
