MaxRegularity -- Option to set the maximum regularity

Description

This option can be used to give an upper bound to the regularity of the strongly stable ideals.

The default is null (i.e. no bound).

i1 : QQ[t];

i2 : stronglyStableIdeals(4*t, 4, MaxRegularity=>4)
