polarDegrees -- polar degrees of a coincident root locus

Usage:

polarDegrees X
Inputs:
- X, a coincident root locus
Outputs:
- a list, the polar degrees of X

Description

This method is based on a conjecture given in Algebraic boundaries among typical ranks for real binary forms of arbitrary degree, which has been verified for all the coincident root loci $X\subset\mathbb{P}^r$ with $r\leq 7$.

i1 : X = coincidentRootLocus(3,2,2)

o1 = CRL(3,2,2)
