PreserveDegree -- Determines if curve is disjoint from base loci

Description

When set to true, curveFromP3toP1P2 will check whether or not the given curve in $\PP^3$ intersects the base locus of the projections maps used in this function. If this option is set to true and the given curve does intersect the base locus, an error is returned.
